Slide City does not offer a non-rider admission as the park is one-price admission.

Admission tickets and Season Passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason after the order transaction is complete through any transaction channel. This includes weather related events. We do not issue rain checks. Please check local weather conditions prior to planning your visit.

Children under the age of 1 do not require an admission ticket.

You can have your tickets printed for you at Ticket Services located to the left of the Front Gate. You will need to present your order confirmation number and a photo ID.

If you forget to bring your season pass, please proceed to any ticket window located at the Front Gate. With proper identification a temporary pass will be issued. The temporary pass is only valid for that day and there is a maximum of three temporary passes per guest per season. A nominal processing fee will be assessed to replace a lost or stolen season pass or a forgotten pass after the third temporary pass has been used.

Some attractions may close in inclement weather until conditions permit safe operation. Please enjoy a meal or shopping until such weather passes. Slide City does not issue rain checks or refunds for inclement weather.

No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed to be brought into Slide City Water Park. Exceptions are made for Guests with special dietary needs to include food allergies and baby food and formula. Guests with special dietary needs should stop at Guest Services located at the Front Gate when they arrive at the Park.

If you wish to leave the park and return on the same day, please request a re-entry stamp at the Front Gate or Slide City exit. Passholders can re-enter by using their City pass card.

We do not have ATM’s inside the park. The partner venues we use will all have several ATMs located throughout the property for your convenience.

We are pleased to offer discounted tickets to active and retired members of the military and veterans on all public operating days. Please email us at info@slidecitywaterpark.com for details. The discount may vary throughout the season.

We do not have Wheelchairs available to rent / use. You are more than welcome to bring your own Wheelchair should you need.

Only service animals are permitted in the park. Slide City does not have pet care facilities on site.

Alcoholic beverages are not allowed in Slide City.

For the convenience of all our guests, smoking of any kind, including vapor and e-cigarettes, is only permitted outside the park’s main entrance.Smoking is not permitted inside Slide City. Thank you for your cooperation.

Lockers are available for rent in different areas of the main park and in Slide City. The park is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Guests can enjoy concession favorites as well as local food trucks that rotate daily throughout our tour. We will ensure there is enough of a variety for everyone.

Parking is free, however, we do offer premium parking $20 per vehicle for regular vehicles and $30 for oversized vehicles when purchased in advance online. A limited number of handicap parking spaces are available near the Front Gate on a first-come, first-served basis. Cash is not accepted.

All drones (Unmanned Aerial Systems) are prohibited at Slide City, and any unauthorized drone(s) observed over Slide City will be reported to the FAA and local law enforcement, regardless of its point of origin or operation. Drones may pose a potential safety risk and may violate Federal Aviation Administration guidelines. Unauthorized flight may result in revoked visitation privileges.
Security Procedures
The safety of our guests and associates is our number one priority, and we have implemented several enhanced security procedures at all entrance gates. As part of the process:
- Guests arriving at the park will go through metal detection.
- All bags, purses, backpacks, waist packs, etc. are subject to search prior to entering.
- Sharp objects (including pocket knives and metal chains), firearms, or other items that could be considered a weapon are strictly prohibited and should be left at home or secured in your vehicle.
- Please see our separate FAQ on outside food and beverages.
We use a variety of methods in securing our parks including uniformed and plain clothes officers, and video surveillance monitoring.
Slide City does not tolerate guests who fight and/or harass other guests while on our property. People who engage in this behavior are subject to being ejected and potentially banned from the park, and may be subject to arrest by local police.
Camera Policy
For safety reasons, on-ride photography of any kind is prohibited on all rides. Use of camera phones or any type of photography or video recording devices is prohibited in any rest room or Slide City changing area.
Guests taking pictures or video while riding will be asked to leave the park with no refund given and may be cited with a misdemeanor.

We are strict and thorough in the steps we take and the processes we use to keep our properties safe and promote a healthy environment. To protect our guests and associates and prevent the spread of illness, we employ rigorous sanitation standards and robust cleaning procedures, including:
- Extensive training for associates on maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace and environment for our guests;
- Appropriate personal protective clothing and gear for associates who are assigned for cleaning duties;
- Specified intervals for frequent cleaning and disinfection of targeted areas throughout the day;
- Procedures for cleaning and disinfection of areas throughout the day and where illness has been suspected or reported;
- Quick response to spills, trash and other situations;
- Daily sanitation procedures, for everything from bathroom faucets and sinks to kitchen and dining surfaces, benches and trash cans;
- Daily cleaning and “wash down” of outdoors locations, including walkways and queue lines;
- Guest and associate first aid locations to assist with minor health issues.
We maintain close relationships with local, state, national, and international public health authorities, and take their guidance when additional preventive measures are needed.

Lockers are assigned randomly on a first come, first serve basis by the kiosk, so you will have a different locker each time you redeem your rental.

Due to limited capacity, discounts are not available on Large lockers.

Please empty your locker prior to leaving the park. All lockers reset overnight and will be issued to a different guest the following operating day. Items left in the locker overnight will be removed and taken to Lost and Found.

Your Season Pass Locker Rental is only good once per day, so you will not be able to move your rental after you redeem for the day.

Cabana Capacity (Standard)
- Capacity for all Standard Cabanas includes seating for six (6) guests with access for a maximum of ten(10).

Cabana Capacity (Premium)

Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel a Cabana reservation you must do so by 10 AM the morning of your reservation date.

Other Policies
- Cabanas are only accessible during Slide City operating hours.
- Guests must present their rental voucher at a Cabana Host stand on the day of their visit to receive their Cabana rental.
- You must select a specific date at the time of reservation, this date cannot be changed once a reservation is made.
- Capacity for all Standard Cabanas includes seating for six (6) guests with access for a maximum of ten(10).
